Abstract
Objective To explore the mode of nursing for twin pregnancy with vaginal delivery.Methods Retrospective data were collected from past medical records of 30 cases of twin pregnancy with vaginal delivery, which included risk factor and nursing.Results Fourteen cases of uterine inertia and 9 cases of fetal distress in uterus were handled and monitored promptly; 1 case of prolapse of cord and 1 case of postpartum hemorrhage were detected and treated correctly; 17/19 cases of neonatal asphyxia were resumed successfully, 2/19 cases died of severe asphyxia and very low birth weight, 6/19 cases died of complications after switching to neonatology.Conclusion Maternal and neonatal complications can be reduced effectively by strengthening the antepartum promotion, psychological care, observation and nursing the three stages, preventing uterine inertia,prolapse of cord, obstructive delivery, fetal distress in uterus, neonatal asphyxia and postpartum hemorrhage.关键词
