摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of Pioglitazone Hydrochloride on endothelial function and high sensitivity C- reactive protein in type 2 diabetes. Methods Sixty- five patients with type 2 diabetes were treated by oral administration of 15mg Pioglitazone Hydrochloride for 12 weeks. The changes of FPG, 2 h PG, HBALC, vWF, TM, EPCR and high sensitivity C- reactive protein (hs- CRP) before and after treatment were observed. Results After 12 weeks of treatment,all the level of FPG, 2 h PG and HBALC were significantly decreased(P＜0.05). Both insulin resistance index and insulin sensitivity index were improved significantly(P＜0.05). All the level of vWF、TM、EPCR and hs - CRP were significantly decreased ( P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Pioglitazone Hydrochloride has good effect on the improvement of vascular endothelial function and reducing the level of hs-CRP.关键词
