摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical result of the unilateral external fixator external fixation for Intertrochanteric fracture of oldest old. Methods 28 cases were treated by unilateral external fixator external fixation for Intertrochanteric fracture. Results All the 28 cases were followed up for 3 ～ 8 months. Acorrding to the Harris scores: 11 cases were excellent (92 ± 1.8)point, 12 cases were good (84±2.4) point, 4 cases were acceptable (75 ± 1.3) point and 1 case was dissatisfied 68 point. The excellent and good rate was 82.14 ％. Conclusion It is an effective and simple method to deal with the intertrochanteric fracture of oldest old, which can reduce the complications.关键词
