摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of City Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate on resistance against drug - induced liver injury.Methods Twenty - four patients in hospital were randomly divided into treatment group( 12 cases) and control group (12 cases).Both groups were given routine protection of liver.Treatment group was added the injection of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate of 1.0 g and glucose of 250 ml once everyday for one month.The changes between pre-treatment and post- treatment in ALT, AST, TBIL, GGT, ALP and inpatient days were observed.Results Compared with control group, the liver function indices of treatment group improved obviously (P ＜ 0.01 ), and the impatient days were shorter as well (P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusion The Magnesuim Isoglycyrrhizinate has excellent effects on resistance against drug - induced liver injury.It is worthy of further clinical application.关键词
