Abstract
Objective To investigate the short - term effects and toxicity of YH- 16 combined with NP regimen for NSCLC. Methods The effects of combination chemotherapy group and the pure chemotherapy group were compared. Results The combination chemotherapy group's efficiency rate was 25.58 ％, while the pure chemotherapy group was 9.76 ％. The side effects were neutropenia, nausea and vomiting. Conclusion The combination of YH- 16 with NP regimen can improve the efficacy rate of NSCLC obviously. Besides, side effect is less than that of others.关键词
