Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect of Fasudil injection combined with Nimodipine on the Alzheimer disease of elderly patients. Methods 106 elderly patients with the Alzheimer disease randomly selected and divided into 2 groups. 53 cases in control group were treated with Nimodipine, while 53 cases in treatment group were treated with Fasudil injection combined with Nimodipine. The score was detected before and after treatments according to the MMSE, VET and ADL. Results The MMSE and VFT score increased obviously and the ADL score decreased in treatment group after treatments(P＜0.05). The total efficiency in treatment group was 90.57％ versus 66.04％ in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with Nimodipine, Fasudil injection combined with Nimodipine has a better effect on the Alzheimer disease of elderly patients.关键词
