多胚苎麻的诱导及多胚性遗传分析
Study of Polyembryonic Ramie Strain Induction and Polyembryony Heredity Analysis

Abstract
The frequencies of polyembryonic seeds among ramie strains were significant disparity, in order to induce ramie strains with high frequency polyembryony and analyze the genetic signature,inbreeding, hybridization,reciprocal crossing and delayedpollination were used in this study.The frequencies of polyembryonic seeds of 8 strains above 5‰ were obtained.6 cross strains were: Z0663-1 ×Zhongzhu No.2,Z0663-2 × Zhongzhu No.2, Z0815 × Z0814, Yuanjiang Rou× Zhongzhu No.2, Yuanqing No.5 × Zhongzhu No.2 and Jingxi Qing × Zhongzhu No.l.Inbred strains were S0922 and S0924.The sharp distinct consequences between reciprocal crossings indicated that polyembryony heredity in ramie were cytoplasmic.Through 3 days delayed pollination the frequencies of polyembryonic seeds were significantly higher than that of contrast.关键词
