The Study on the Embryos Development of Boehmeria tricuspis by Whole Clearing Techniques
摘要
Abstract
The development of embryos was studied by the whole clearing techniques using female flowers of Boehmeria tricuspis as material in the study. The effects of different combinations of fixing solution and transparent solution were compared. The result showed that Cano 1 fixing solution combinated with methyl salicylate was suitable for clearing female flowers of Boehmeria tricuspis.关键词
