Progress on Flax Regeneration System and Agrobacterium-mediated Transformation
摘要
Abstract
In this paper the current studies on agrobacterium-mediated transformation of fiax(Linum usitatissimum L.) were introduced. The major influencing factors including the selection of explants, the optimum medium, condition of culture, types of Agrobacterium tumefaciens, concentration of bacteria,infection time, pre-culture time, culture time, selective agent and degerming agent etc. in efficient regeneration system construction and genetic transformation in flax were summarized. The existing problems and further development in flax genetic transformation of this system were also discussed.关键词
