摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the correlation between Toxoplasma (TOX) infection and the abnormal pregnancy in Shiyan area. Methods ELISA was used to detect the specific antibody (IgM, IgG) to TOX in sera from 105 pregnant women with the abnormal pregnancy (experimental group) and 500 normal pregnant women(control group) from July 2007 to Jun. 2010. The difference of the infection rate of TOX between the two groups was statistically analyzed (x2test). Results Positive rates of IgM, IgG antibodies to TOX were 13.33% and 23. 81% respectively in the pregnant women with abnormal pregnancy, while the relevant IgM, IgG antibodies positive rates of healthy pregnant women were 3.60 % and 9. 80% respectively in the same period. Positive rates of IgM, IgG antibodies toTOX in the pregnant women with abnormal pregnancy were remarkable high (P<0. 001). Conclusions TOX infection may be one of the important factors causing the abnormal pregnancy and more attention should be paid to the early screening, diagnosis and treatment of TOX infection.关键词
