摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the differential diagnosis of acute appendicitis and similar diseases to reduce misdiagnosis.Methods The clinical data of 26 misdiagnosed patients after appendectomy in our hospital from October 2003 to April 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.Results All of the 26 patients were excluded of appendicitis diagnosis by surgical exploration.There were 3 cases of ectopic pregnancy rupture, right salpingitis respectively, 2 cases of right ovaries cyst.reverse, adenomesenteritis, Meckel diverticula perforation, gastroduodenal ulcers and perforation, ileocecal tubular adenocarcinoma respectively, and 1 case of fallopian tube abscess, hydrosalpinx reverse, corpus luteum fracture, follicular rupture, acute cholecystitis, intestinal perforation due to typhoid fever, spontaneous perforation of sigmoid, enterophthisis, mesenteric lymphosarcoma, and ileocecal malignant lymphoma respectively.All of the 26 patients underwent surgical treatment.Conclusion We should properly recognize the characteristics of right abdominal pain, and make differential diagnosis of acute appendicitis and similar diseases.关键词
