摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a method for determinating the content of glycyrrhe tinic acid in Weikangling capsules by high-performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ). HPLC was performed with SHIMADZU VP ODS( 4.6mm×250 mm, 5μtm ) as an analytical column and acetonitrile -3% acetic acid ( 70:30 ) as a mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml.min-1, the detection wavelength was 249nm; and the injection volume was 10μtl. Results The calibration curve of glycyrrhe tinic acid was linear within 10.70 - 214.08 μg.mL-1, with linear relationship Y = 1.53× 104X - 1.48× 102 ( r = 0.999 9 ). The average recovery of paeoniflorin was99.1%; RSD=1.1% (n=5).Conclusions This method is simple, accurate, and suitable for the determination of Weikangling capsules.关键词
