摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the relationship of serum MMP-3 between osteoarthritis ( OA )disease. Methods Relative studies were included from Pubmed , CNKI and VIP database according to included and extracted standards. Heterogeneity and standardized mean difference were analyzed by the ReviewManager4.2 software. Results 7 studies were included in the analysis. There was high significant heterogeneity among the 7 studies ( χ 2=180.74, P ＜ 0.000 01, I2=96.7% ). Standardized mean difference ( SMD ) is 2.88 ( 95%CI 1.61 ～ 4.16 ), the Z value is 4.44 ( P ＜ 0.000 01 ). Conclusions Serum MMP-3 in OA patients was significantly higher than that in healthy people. However, due to the potential problem of selection bias, performance bias and publication bias, the current evidence was not strong enough to eonelud that increasing MMP-3 concentration can diagnose OA. It was suggested that large scale randomized studies should be performed.关键词
