摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of perioperative nursing intervention on cataract patients undergoing phacoemulsification. Methods 200 cataract patients undergoing phacoemulsification were randomly assigned to receive perioperative custodial nursing intervention ( 100 patients, study group ), or conventional nursing ( 100 patients, control group ). Results Blood pressure and heart rate were relatively stable in the study group ( P ＜ 0.01 and P ＜ 0.05 ). The rate intraoperative pain was declined ( P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusions Perioperative nursing intervention is beneficial for reducing discomfort and complications in cataract patients undergoing phacoemulsification and ensure the success rate of the procedure.关键词
