Assessment System of Healthcare Reform and Health Reform in Shenmu County
摘要
Abstract
In this paper, the healthcare reform in Shenmu county is analyzed by a scientific assessment system of healthcare reform, with a series of feasible suggestions proposed, including fully developing the coordinating function of the rehabilitation committee, establishing the fund raising mechanism and optimizing resource distribution, strengthening the construction of basic level healthcare centres in rural areas and perfecting basic healthcare insurance system, and maintaining sited medical treatment and medical transfer system, expecting the Shenmu example could provide useful reference for its counterparts all over China and promote the development of Chinese healthcare career.关键词
