Abstract
The complicated realistic situation and the highly sensitive social relevance of military operation other than war ( MOOTW) led military surgeons into a special ethical situation, which is a completely new ethical confusion and ethical emotional impact to the military surgeons. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward some ethical principles and regulations which are exposed to provide certain ethical guidance for military surgeons in their medical practice.关键词
