Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of psychological intervention on the chemotherapeutical reaction of patients with gynecological malignant tumors, in order to alleviate physical discomfort caused by the side effects of chemotherapy, and find new nursing measures to improve patients' comfort. Method: 60 patients who were given chemotherapy for gynecological malignant tumors were randomly divided into control and intervention groups. Conventional nursing care was given to patients in the control group, while patients in the intervention group were given psychological intervention besides conventional nursing care. After chemotherapy, emotions functions scale in quality of life core questionnaire and three symptom scales were respectively applied during and after the chemotherapy process. Results: After the chemotherapy, patients in the intervention group showed a significant increase in emotions and physical symptoms improvement compared with those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion :The implementation of appropriate psychological intervention during chemotherapy for patients with gynecological malignant tumors can reduce adverse physical reactions caused by chemotherapy, and improve patient's comfort during the chemotherapy.关键词
