Abstract
As the global aging trend grows ever tenser, the long - term geriatric nursing care is becoming one of the most thorny problems. This paper analyzes three possible modes including long - term domestic care mode, long - term community - home care mode, and long - term insitutional care mode, among which the long - term type long - term community - home care mode should be government's first choice in settling the current problem of long - term geriatric nursing care. The authors put forward the "people - centered" all - round nursing mode with Chinese characteristics as the pursuit goal, and establish long - term geriatric nursing care which is independent of medical insurance system and perfect relevant supporting measures. It is also held that the social nursing care mode could never replace the basic position of family mode in geriatric nursing care.关键词
