摘要
Abstract
The paper shows us the Welding producer report transference to different project of nuclear power item during the construction period,analyses the practicability to the producer report transference. After transference,the paper discusses the focal point to welding in construction enterprises,surveillance management corporation as well as the responsible for supervision departments of the Government,give prominence to the Quality assurance and Quality control. The Nuclear Safety Bureau and the Area Departments Responsible for Supervision on radiation should give more attention to the surveillance on transference.The effective transfer of PQR can reduce expenses ,material and manpower in duplicate welding procedure qualification,reduce construction costs ;the other side,which can strongly promotes the project construction,accelerate the welding technology and experience continue development,and improve the management standards.关键词
