摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between the number of pregnancies with O blood type and ABO hemolytic disease of the newborn. Methods 70 neonates diagnosed of ABO hemolytic disease,admitted in our hospital obstetrics neonate department from Aug 15.2003 to Oct 31.2009,were divided into 2 groups according to number of pregnancies,once or over once, and the difference between mean of when neonates jaundice appear and serum bilirubin.Results There was no significant difference between 2 groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The postpartum situation of neonates with blood type incompatibility should be investigated closely ABO hemolytic disease, whatever first pregnancy or multiple pregnancy with O blood type and Rh positive blood type (especially ilrst pregnancy).The early found,early diagnosis, early treatnrent for ABO hemolytic disease of the newborn should be performed to whose jaundice appears earlier or develops quickly.关键词
