胆汁反流性胃炎的病因及影响因素350例研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective Investigate the pathogen and influence factors of bile reflux gastritis. Methods Select 350 patients with bile reflux gastritis as observers. Finally， compare and classify the examination results of gastroscope,and pathological section. Results There were significant difference among different ages in the severe degree (Z=3.934,P＜0.01).And the severe levels between the smokers and non-smokers(Z=1.431,P＜0.01),drinkers and non-drinkers(Z=2.857,P＜0.01)were even different. Conclusion The disease history and surgery history of digestion system are the pathogen of bile reflux gastritis for the most part. Whereas,the important influence factors of bile reflux gastritis could be age,smoking and drinking.关键词
