精神分裂症中医狂证证候标准第二轮专家咨询问卷分析
Schizophrenia TCM crazy syndrome standard second expert consultation questionnaire analysis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the common criterions of syndromes of Schizophrenia(manic psychosis) in TCM. Methods Second round expert questionnaires were designed according to the results of the round one,and 61 experts were consulted around the country. Delphi method was used for statistical analysis. Results the active coefficient was 89.7％,authoritative grade of experts was 0.776;among the syndromes the items whose come up to means＞l.5,full dark rations ＞50％,coefficient of variation ＜40％,rand sums of the index ＞90,there are 14 in the internal disturbance of pyrophlegm,there are 9 in the qi-stagnancy and blood stasis.there are 11 in the asthenic yin causing excessive pyrexia,there are 9 in the Stagnant phlegm and blood stasis, there are 9 in the heat stagnant in yangming Meridians, there are 6 in the deficiency of both qi and yin,there are 13 in the hepatochlic hyperpyrexia. Conclusion the symptoms such as whose satisfy the condition above act as the main symptoms of syndromes above in Schizophrenia(manic psychosis)in TCM.关键词
