Research on Efficiency Optimization of Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Drive System

Abstract
To solve the power loss and improve the dynamic performance of IPMSM for railway vehicle, the power loss model of IPMSM - DTC was established based on the equivalent circuit. The relationship among power loss, excitation current and speed was analyzed. A novel method was proposed to derive the optimal excitation current under different conditions. The optimum operating efficiency of IPMSM was achieved by auto-matically adjusting the given flux value online real-time and adopting fuzzy controller of the torque error and flux error at different operating conditions. The dynamic and static performances of the system were improved.The simulink model was founded by Matlab and the 100 kW IPMSM efficiency optimization fuzzy logic control experiment platform system was implemented using a TMS320LF2407A DSP. The validity of the proposed strategy was proved by the simulation and experimental results.关键词
