肛瘘手术失败与复发的回顾性研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:Through the analysis of the failure and recurrence of anal fistula operation, to search common cause of the disease.According to this, to propose a proper treatment,improve theoretical level and operative achievement ratio, avoid the incidence rate of recurrence and reduce sufferings of patients. Methods :To systemically summarize 105 cases of anal fistula inpatients with reoperation during the year of 2005 - 2009. To search for and analyze the reasons of recurrence, improve the clinical theoretical levels and surgery achievement ratio, avoid the occurrence of reoperation,decrease sufferings of patients and find out proper treatment to avoid recurrence.Results: Retrospective study indicated that the major reason of abortive anal fistula operation was improper treatment of internal openings of fistula (43 cases,40.9％ ) ;and the other reason was that the treatment of anal fistula was not thorough (24 cases,22.9％ ) ;cases with both reasons existed (26 cases ,24.8 ％ ) ;nonstandard postoperative changing dressings and inadequate drainage (8 cases ,7.6％ );foreign substance residual( 2 cases, 1.9 ％ ); misdiagnosis ( 2 cases, 1.9 ％ ). Conclusion: For complex anal fistula, complete tests before operation should be done to reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis can determine the development of the internal openings and fistula, so it is worth promoting in the clinical application.关键词
