从肝脾论治乳腺增生病
Exploration of Treating Hyperplasia of Mammary Gland from the Perspective of Liver and Spleen
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the theory and methods of treating hyperplasia of mammary gland from the perspective of liver and spleen. Methods: The clinical treatment, from multiple perspectives, such as Chong meridian and Ren meridian, qi and blood, periodical treatment, was to regulate the liver and spleen, or relieve the liver and regulate the spleen, make the flow of qi and blood smooth,or modulate the liver and nourish the spleen, harmonize the Chong meridian and Ren meridian or regulate or nourish respectively based on different periods. Results: Hyperplasia of manmmary gland was a common and frequently-occurring disease to young and middle-aged women, and the incidence showed an increasing trend year by year. Based on the analysis of the disease from the TCM physiology, pathology and other multi-angles, it was believed that the disharmony between Chong meridian and Ren meridian and qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction were the main pathological changes, with the disorder between liver and spleen as the major one, although the liver,spleen and kidney were all involved in the pathological changes. Conclusion: The treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gland from the perspective of liver and spleen has achieved better clinical efficacy.关键词
