摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the prognostic value of serum MMP - 9, endostatin and VEGF levels in patients with non -small cell lung cancer.Methods Kaplan - Meier and Cox regression were used to analyze the relationship between survival time and prognostic factors in 112 patients with non - small cell lung cancer.The prognostic factors included clinical and laboratory parameters, serum matrix metalloproteinase - 9(MMP -9) ,endostatin(ES) ,and vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF).Results Kaplan - Meier analysis showed poor prognosis both in male patients with PS ≥3, who were left untreated or in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ,and in patients with serum MMP - 9 ≥ 685.23 ng/ L , ES ≥78.01 ng/ L Multivariate analysis indicated that serum MMP - 9 , staging of the disease and systematic treatment were independent prognostic factors.Conclusion The level of serum MMP - 9 is an independent prognostic factor.关键词
