Abstract
Objective To investigate the armed police's behavior, personality and ways to cope with white coat hypertension (WCH). Methods 31 patients were recruited from physical examinees in the spring of 2009 as samples , who were compared with 38 patients with essential hypertension and 55 normal subjects of the same age and gender. Results In type A behavior test, the scores of TH and CH in WCH group were significantly higher than in patients with essential hypertension and in the normal group ( P ＜ 0. 05 ).In EPQ comparison, E dimension score was lower and L dimension score was significantly higher than in other groups ( P ＜ 0. 05 ).Conclusion Officers and soldiers with WCH in Chinese People's Armed Police Forces have obvious Type A behavior, introversion and instable personality.关键词
