摘要

Abstract

In the production process of welding,the inverter technology is used widely in high efficiency and steady welding quality. IGBT has already become main circuit components of welding because of voltage control,high input impedance,low driving power, simple control circuit,low switch wastage,quick on-off and high frequency.Thereinto,driving circuit is important tache in the application of the IGBT,a set of good driving circuit design directly influences the reliabihty of IGBT system.This paper introduces the basic requisition,grid driving power,grid resistance and driving circuit modality of the IGBT.Furthermore,introduces the driving module M57962L of the driving circuit. The practical prove that a set of good driving circuit can shorten switch time,reduce switch wastage and it makes IGBT work in ideal state;Furthermore,it has important significance of power supply efficiency,reliability and security.
