超亲水性含钛介孔SiO2薄膜的制备及其自洁净性能研究
Preparation and Self-cleaning Property of Superhydrophilic Ti-containing Mesoporous Si02 Thin Films

Abstract
Ti-containing mesoporous SiO2 thin films were prepared on glass slides using a sol-gel/spincoating method. The structure and superhydrohilicity of the thin films were characterized by XRD, UV-Vis and contact angle measurements. When Ti/Si molar ratio is 0-0.05, thin films possess mesoporous structure. The order degree of the mesoporous thin films decreas with the increase in Ti/Si molar ratio.The mesoporous thin films perform effective superhydrophilicity even in the dark. The superhydrophilicity of the mesoporous thin film coated oleie acid is restored under UV irradiation. The Ti-containing mesoporous thin film demonstrat a good degradation effect for methyl orange in aqueous solution under UV irradiation, it indicats that the film performs a good self-cleaning property.关键词
