表面改性对β-SiC微粉流动性的影响
Eeffect of Surface Modification on the β-SiC Powder Fluidity

Abstract
β-SiC powders were surface modified by A and B surfactants. The morphology, particle size,surface properties and fluidity of the powders were investigated by X-ray diffraction ( XRD), laser particle size analyzer, scanning electron microscopy ( SEM), infrared spectroscopy, and DSC / TGA. The results showed that surfactants on β-SiC powder is surface adsorption coating. The thickness of coating surfactants B is greater than that of surfactants A. Surface modification don't change phase structure of the powders. Modifier coating occurres oxidative decomposition at 200-400 ℃. Surface modification could improve the fluidity of the powders. When the amount of surfactants B is 5wt%, the repose angle and the flat angle decrease 9° and 11°, respectively. Additionally, the compression degree would reduce from 35% to 16%.关键词
