Research Progresses of KDP/DKDP Crystal Growth
摘要
Abstract
The new progresses of study on the growth of KDP and DKDP crystals in recent years were described and discussed comprehensively in this paper. In order to grow large size and high quality KDP and DKDP crystal, a series of new growth approach including circulation method, continuous filtration method, SR growth method, peristaltic pump adding method, light bath method had been invented by the researchers. Growing high quality crystals has been realized to a certain extent by the improvement of seed crystal morphology simultaneously. The research about the factors affecting on the stability of crystal growth, such as the purity of raw materials, the control of temperature, the quahty and the introducing way of seed crystals, the hydrodynamic conditions of solution, the degree of deuteration and the supersaturation of the growth solution, had laid a scientific foundation for the growth of large size and high quality crystals. In addition, the additives, dopants and post-treatment have further ameliorated the quality of the growing or grown crystals.关键词
