摘要

Abstract

Self-organized Ti02 nanotube arrays, with highly ordered three-dimensional nanostructure, have attracted much attention in recent years due to their distinctive morphology and excellent physical chemistry function, which have become one of the focuses of nanomaterials and solar energy utilization. Widely research has been conducted on their fabrication, modification and application in many research fields. More recently, the modification of anodic TiO2 nanotube arrays has draw special interests for further utilizing the novel ordered nanostmcture materials. In present work, main modification ways of Ti02 nanotube arrays were reviewed. The possible existing problems and further prospects in this field are also discussed.
