硫酸盐对聚羧酸减水剂分散性能的影响
Effect of Sulfate on Dispersibility of Polycarboxylate-type Superplasticizer
摘要
Abstract
The influence of types and content of sulfate on fluidity of cement paste, mortar dispersion degree, viscosity of cement slurry and the surface tension of cement paste liquid phase solution with polycarboxylate-type superplasticizer was investigated. It is showed that processable sulfate, such as K2SO4 and Na2S04 have more negative effects on paste dispersion than CaSO4 · 2H20, but S042- could s olve in liquid rapidly when a reasonable amount of processable sulfate exist, and reduce cement particles and hydration products to wrap and consume polycarboxylate-type superplasticizer molecular, and lower liquid solution surface tension, and increase surface activity, improve micro air-entraining role, which was used to improve the dispersion of polycarboxylate-type superplasticizer.关键词
