Influence of Ni2O3 on Cement Clinker Firing and Components
摘要
Abstract
On basis of blank raw materials,mixed in O. 5%, 1%, 2% Ni203 reagent separately, calcined to 1250 ℃, 1300 ℃, 1350 ℃, 1400 ℃ ,influence of Ni2O3 on cement clinker firing and components had been studied. Clinker was deteted and analyzed by chemical analysis, XRD and SEM. Results show that, Ni2O3 plays a very significant role in promoting calcination of the clinker. For the same Ni2O3 dosage, as calcination temperature rise, firing is better; and influence content of on burnability is l℃ittle.Ni2O3 accession leads to the Ca/Si ratio decrease, while Fe2O3, Al203 increasing in volume of the solution, especially the rise in the amount of Fe2 O3 solid solution results in an increace in the amount of liquid, liquid viscosity decrease.关键词
