摘要

Abstract

In order to explore the effect of alkali-activator in different temperatures on slag and fly ash active stimulation, alkali-activator was prepared with a mixture of NaOH and Na2CO3, using the temperature of alkali-activator (t) as test parameter, at the states of t=20,30,40,50,60,70,80,95 ℃.Specimens were prepared with the value of fly ash-slag ratio(FSR) 0.6, alkali content(AC) 6.0% and the proportion of composite alkali(n) 1.3 ,binder-water ratio(BWR) 3.2, the rheological characterization and mechanical properties after 3 and 28 d standard curing of pastes were tested. The test result shows that the rheological characterization and mechanical properties of alkali-activated slag-fly ash cementitious material system are sensitive to the change of t; 40 ℃ is the extremum pixels on the properties variation with temperature, under the same conditions, the temperature being 40 ℃, pastes consistence reaches a maximum, flow ability reaches a high level, and fiexural strength reaches a minimum, but compressive strength gets to the highest; the dependence of the index of rheological characterization and mechanical properties on the temperature can be expressed in the form of cubic polynomial, and by the value of can determine the correlativity is very remarkable. So slag and fly ash active stimulation vary from temperature to temperature, which can provided theoretical basis for optimum construction technology.
