摘要

Abstract

This article mainly introduce the theory model of the channel mini-classifier. The traditional rotor is replaced by several simple channels which form "the rotor". The design of the mini-classifier is on the basis of the mechanism of the turbine classifier. Based on the theory analysis, the structure parameter of the channel is calculated and the quantity of the channel is confirmed by the output. The length of the channel is mainly considered by the precision of the classifier. The effects of cut-size formula on cut size is analyzed. In the case of the other conditions remain unchanged, increasing the speed, channel cross-sectional area and particle density leads to smaller cut size. But increasing wind will result in larger cut size. Besides, pressure drop, drag coefficient and shape factor will also affect the cut size.
