Abstract
Photoelectric detector is the interface devices between the optical and electronic systems in the photoelectric information conversion system. The basic sensitive principle is analysed in photonic crystal fiber pressure sensors, the photonic crystal fiber pressure sensor systems and detection system are designed, the InGaAs / InP-APD are the photodetectors in accordance with the performance of the sensor output signals.关键词
