Abstract
Type 2 diabetes can be treated by gastrointestinal surgery, but the underlying mechanism is unclear. This review summarizes the possible mechanisms which include weight loss, gastrointestinal hormones, foregut hypothesis, hindgut hypothesis, adipoeytokines, and inflammatory factors.关键词
