摘要
Abstract
Renal cell carcinoma is a type of multi-gene-related cancer, different subtypo with a different histology,having a different clinical characteristics, different response differently to therapy. Therefore, studying the related genes of cancer of the kidney has significant implications not only in depth understanding of the pathogenesis of renal cell carcinoma, but also in clinical application. This article reviews the major involved kidney cancer genes,such as VHL, PBRMl, MET, FH, BHD, etc. , and analyzes their value in diagnosis and treatment of renal cell carcinoma.关键词
