基于稳定性理论的机床动态优化方法的研究
Study of Dynamic Optimization Methods of Machine Based on Stability Theory

Abstract
Based on the multi- DOF regenera tive chatter dynamic modeling of milling system,the stability evaluation method considering struc ture parameters and milling parameters are dis cussed.Take enlarge stability zone (Ssz) and maximum material removal rate (max[MRR]) as the optimization objective, the machine dynamic op timization of whole life is setup.In machine desig ning,the structure parameters are optimized to enlarge the Ssz.In milling, length- diameter ratio of cutter is adjusted and milling parameters are opti mized to further enlarge of the ( Ssz ) and make sure the max[MRR].关键词
