摘要

Abstract

The paper presents the design of PWM speed - governing system for DC motor based on S7 - 200 - PLC. The double - polar reversible PWM converter is used and integrated drive electronics M57962 is selected in main circuit. The conduction and switch control of IGBT is realized by designing the peripheral driving circuitry. The delayed circuit is adopted to prevent the shoot -through phenomenon between upper and lower bridge arm in a PWM. Programs for PLC PI control and for PWM signal generation are developed to implement PWM speed- governing for DC motor and floating control on speed.
