Experimental Reserch of the Treatment of Skin Defect by SIS Transplantation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To treat the full-thickness skin defect by SIS transplantation. Method The freeze dried and sterilized SIS were transplanted to the rabbit with full-thickness skin defect, then the repairation effect was observed at 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks. Result The satisfactory effect was obtained by SIS transplantation. Conclusion The SIS can be used as a kind of the tissue engineered materials.关键词
