Plain and Enhanced CT Value Changes of Roid Nodules
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the value of plain and enhanced CT value changes with spiral CT in the differentiation of benign from malignant thyroid nodules.Methods 47 cases of thyroid nodules confirmed surgically and pathologically from march 2009 to march 2010 were observed retrospectively, then the plain and enhanced CT values of them were anlysed in detail.Result The differences in plain CT value, 20 s CT value and 60 s CT value between different groups were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions The changes of plain CT value have significance in differentiation of benign from malignant thyroid nodules.In the enhanced scan, the 20 s is more useful than the 60 s in distinguishing benign and malignant thyroid nodules.关键词
