维生素D受体基因多态性与汉族散发性乳腺癌的相关研究
Association between the Genetic Polymorphisms of Vitamin D Receptor and Sporadic Breast Cancer Risk in Yunnan Women of Han Nationality

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between genetic polymorphisms of Vitamin D receptor and the susceptibility of breast cancer in Yunnan women of ban nationality. Methods VDR gene polymorphisms were detected using polymerase?chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) analysis, and three genotypes were identified. VDR gene polymorphisms were obtained from a Yunnan population-based case-control study including 80 sporadic breast cancer and 80 normal controls.Chi-square test and rank test were used to analyze the data. Results The VDR genotypes identified were Tr,Tt and tt. In breast cancer group, the prevalance rate of VDR geneotype TI, Tt and tt was 36.3%, 48.6% and 15.0%, respectively. In the control group, the prevalance rate of VDR geneotype TT, Tt and tt was 38.6%,46.3% and 15.0%, respectively. The frequencies of VDR T and t alleles were 60.6% and 39.4%, respectively,in breast cancer group and 61.8% and 38.2%, respectively, in the control group. There was no significant difference in VDR genotype and allele frequencies between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusions The genetic polymorphisms of Vitamin D receptor caused by Taq I restriction enzyme cutting site are not related with sporacid breast cancer in Yunnan. Because of various restrietion enzyme cutting sites in VDR gene, the relationship between genetic polymorphisms of VDR gene and the the susceptibility of sporacid breast cancer deserves further study by analyzing Bsm I, Apa I and Fok I restriction enzyme nutting sites.关键词
