颏前徙成形术矫正轻中度小颌畸形1O例体会
Experiences in Correction of 10 Cases of Mild and Moderate Micrognathia by Advancement Genioplasty

摘要
Abstract
Objective To correct mild and moderate micrognathia by surgical treatment, and improve the basifacial appearance of patients. Methods Advancement genioplasty was performed in 10 patients with insufficient development of mentum or asymmetric mentum, including 2 patients with insufficient vertical development of mentum, 3 patients with insufficient anterior-posterior development of mentum, 3 patients with insufficient vertical and anterior-posterior development of mentum, and 2 patients with mentum deflection. All patients had no obvious symptoms of occlusion disorder and disorders of temporomandibular joint. 2 patients with anterior-posterior development of mentum once received genioplasty using silicome prosthesis before advancement genioplasty, but they were not satisfied with the basifacial appearance. The advancement genioplasty corrected the vertical and anterior-posterior appearance of mentum and improved the basifacial frontal and lateral appearance.Fosults All patients were followed up for 3 ～ 6 months, and had good recovery. The comprehensive basifacial appoearance of patients was satisfactory and no adverse reactions were found. conclusion Advancement genioplasty can improve significantly the basifacial appearance of patients with mild and moderate insufficient development of mentum and mentum deflection, avoid the disadvantages such as local bone absorption and prosthesis displacement caused by genioplasty using silieome prosthesis, and the basifacial appearance after genioplasty is satisfactory关键词
