PBL教学法在急救技能教学中的应用探讨
Application Study of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) Teaching Method in First Aid Skills Teaching

Abstract
Objective To explore the feasibility and effect of PBL teaching method in first aid skills training. Methods During the clinical skills courses, Class of 2006 undergraduate students in Clinical Medicine of the Kunming Medical University were selected and randomly assigned to two groups. 40 students were assigned to the test group, namely the classes with PBL teaching method; another 40 students were assigned to the control group, namely the classes with the traditional clinical skills teaching. At the end of the courses, the examinations of theory and skills evaluation were given to students in the two teaching groups and the test results were analyzed statistically. Results Students in the test group performed much better than students in the control group in terms of theory understanding, overall ability to apply the knowledge, and clinical thinking and practical ability. The difference between two groups was statistically significant. Conclusions PBL teaching method can significantly improve teaching effects on students' own learning ability and ability to apply knowledge compared with the traditional teaching method in First Aid Skills Teaching process. It is expected in the future that PBL teaching method will be widely used in first aid skills teaching.关键词
