摘要

Abstract

Piled up for a long time, gangue will not only affect environment, but also do harm to personal safety directly or indirectly, which forms potential safety hazards.Hazard source in gangue dump was identified with the help of AHP software and elaborated on based on Fault Tree Analysis.Finding shows that potential hazards in gangue dump can be found by means of AHP software and fault tree analysis.Precautionary and management measures were put forward.The application of precautionary measures to practical production can improve management of gangue discharge and reduce the occurrence of dangerous accidents caused by gangue dump.
