Abstract
In order to plan Fuxin urban landscape scientifically, remote sensing technology and landscape ecology were adopted to analyse landscape. Fuxin TM remote sensing images in 1995 and 2006 were processed with ENVI. Fuxin's land is divided into five large categories: water, road, building, greenbelt, mining area based on supervised classification. FRAGSTATS was used to calculate landscape shape indexes, diversity indexes,uniformity indexes and separation indexes. Findings show that the urban landscape of Fuxin has large diversity and uniform distribution, and all kinds of dominant landscape are less and less obvious. It suggests that the urban landscape planning of Fuxin is changing from disorderly development to orderly development关键词
