Abstract
In view of problems in gradual decrease of arable land, degeneration of land quality, overall low efficiency of agricultural industry, based on land use system of China, discusses were conducted of the establishment and reform of rural land use system and analyses were made of some blind spots and difficult problems that can't be solved in a short time. Accordingly, a conception was pointed out to ensure self-sufficiency of China's arable land. To reach the goal of improving land quality and maximizing land use efficiency, based on current situation of China and its land use system, some ideas for rural land reform are pointed out and prospects for reform are foreseen.关键词
