Abstract
In this paper, the parameters including the phase velocity, electromechanical coupling factor and power flow angle (PFA) were calculated for La3 Ta0.5 Ga5.5 -x Alx O14 ( x = 0,0.3,0.5 ) crystal at X,Y, Z cuts, respectively. The result shows that La3Ta0.5 Ga5.5-x AlxO14 ( LTGAx ) crystals has lower velocity, high electro-mechanical coupling factor and cuts of zero power flow angle. The cut types with well characteristics of surface acoustic wave (SAW) was Y cuts, which provides theoretical basis for the SAW application of LTGAx piezoelectric crystal.关键词
